Responsibilities
- Ensure the store runs like a well-oiled machine, managing the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintaining merchandise in-stocks.
- Build a strong and diverse team by recruiting the best candidates, leading robust training programs, and providing guidance and support to your team.
- Keep a close eye on the store's financial performance, from revenue to expenses, and guide the ship in the right direction.
- Be tech-savvy, ensuring efficient business operations and effective communication across various systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail (high school diploma is the starting point, but an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred).
- A passion for food and a knack for leadership.
- Highly motivated and able to resolve issues and leave customers smiling.
- Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay
The starting rate for this position is $21.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour premium for late-night shifts.
