Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Service Center Manager is the right hand of the Service Center Manager, responsible for leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. You will perform oil changes, supervise daily operations, train and develop staff, and ensure adherence to company policies. Key duties include building customer loyalty, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service, with a customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, make sound judgments, use KPI data for performance monitoring, and adapt schedules. Must be fluent in English, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions.
