Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, quick service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service, with strong customer service skills, ability to work in fast-paced settings, and experience using KPI data for performance improvement. High school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and schedule flexibility are required. Physical abilities include standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
