Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests, managing staff schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining safety standards. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted and efficient service experience, fostering customer loyalty and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring, schedule flexibility, and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in variable conditions is necessary.
