Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you assist the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car repairs, supervising daily operations, training new staff, and ensuring excellent customer service to build customer loyalty. You will develop work schedules, manage inventory, oversee store audits, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will also help open and close the center, following safety protocols, and support team development. Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in retail or service environments, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with performance data. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and be physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various conditions.
