Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe, clean environment by conducting store audits. Leading and training the team for their development is also key. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Experience with KPI data and schedule flexibility is preferred. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled settings. High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluency in English is necessary.
