Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training hourly staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, educating guests on vehicle needs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help conduct store audits to promote a safe environment. Additionally, you will lead team development and ensure policies are consistently followed. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service sectors, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using KPI data, schedule flexibility, and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions is necessary.
