Assistant Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Effectively teach, motivate, and coach all team members including the kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls
• Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed Twin Peaks costume standards
• Follow proper audition and casting guidelines
• Ensure that Steps of Service are followed at all times and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service to every table
• Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Responsible for handling cash, including assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits
• Handle issues of alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy, contacting the General Manager and the Twin Peaks Corporate Office if necessary
• Drive sales by working with other Managers, Twin Peaks Girls, and other team members to execute excellent operations and local store marketing efforts
• Coach and counsel team members, hold them accountable to standards, and correct standards that are not met
• Execute training and development programs
• Practice sound inventory control
• Dress and act professionally each day to set a good example for all employees
• Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance Checks
• Ensure alcohol is always served responsibly and in accordance with the law

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and/or Creole
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to simple instructions and quickly changing situations
• Mathematical ability to compute change, settle checks, and perform bank deposits
