Drive Results: Work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and hit performance goals.
Master the Craft: Learn the art of making our famous golden-brown pretzels from scratch.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and "smile-first" service that Auntie Anne’s is known for.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in retail or restaurant environments.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
