About the Role
The Lash Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for our busy Sacramento salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, focusing on providing excellent customer service to guests and staff, managing our team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. This role emphasizes sales, managing company goals, and training staff in selling memberships and retail.
Responsibilities
- Improve sales through direct front desk coverage and indirect coaching of team members.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Lead marketing activities for the salon using branded tools and platforms (online, in-salon, and through business partnerships).
- Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:
- Salon Occupancy
- Lead Conversions
- Re-bookings (guest satisfaction)
- Membership Sales
- Retail Sales
- Upgraded experience Sales
- Social Media Followers (marketing)
- Online Ratings (marketing)
- Opportunities to directly manage front desk and stylist resources based on experience.
Requirements
- Previous membership sales and management experience (required).
- Experience managing employees.
- Front desk sales experience, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses.
- Exceptional customer service and computer skills; MindBody Online experience is a plus.
- College degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- Legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
