Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Roseville. The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States, offering a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and staff
• Help manage the growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists
• Cultivate a positive and fun work environment
• Focus on improving sales, directly through front desk coverage and indirectly through coaching and training
• Lead Marketing activities for both salons using branded tools and platforms
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) include Salon Occupancy, Lead Conversions, Re-bookings, Membership Sales, Retail Sales, Upgraded Experiences, Social Media Followers, and Online Ratings

Requirements

• Previous Membership Sales and Management experience
• Experience managing employees
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills, especially with MindBody Online
• College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field (preferred)

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation required
