About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Birmingham Michigan - The Pearl.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all our guests and staff
- Help manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists
- Cultivate a positive and fun work environment
- Focus on sales, managing company goals, and training staff in selling memberships and retail
Requirements
- Experience managing employees
- Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses
- Exceptional customer service and computer skills, MindBody Online experience is a plus
- College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field is preferred
- You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required
