Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Sacramento. Reporting directly to the Salon Manager, this position focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing a growing team, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Improving sales through direct front desk coverage and indirect coaching of team members
• Leading marketing efforts for both salons using branded tools and platforms
• Measuring and improving key performance indicators such as salon occupancy, lead conversions, re-bookings, membership sales, retail sales, upgraded experiences, social media followers, and online ratings

Requirements

• Previous membership sales and management experience
• Experience managing employees
• Front desk sales experience, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills, especially with MindBody Online
• A college degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred

• Ability to motivate staff and build a winning culture
• Lovely working in a high-end spa-like setting

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of MindBody Online platform

Benefits

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
