Responsibilities

• Create and promote a healthy team culture where employees feel empowered to work autonomously toward collaborative goals.
• Lead and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, and evolve personally and professionally.
• Help build an exceptional team that upholds and delivers the mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers.
• Set a prime example of professionalism, integrity, and dedication for the team to follow.
• Execute daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work closely with all team members to ensure every customer interaction receives exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to train and mentor staff, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
• Implement rigorous inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee stringent cash handling procedures, managing registers, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with management to set and exceed sales targets, analyzing performance metrics and implementing growth strategies.
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance with local and state regulations.
• Mediate and resolve customer/employee concerns and conflicts professionally.
• Comply with HR policies and maintain detailed documentation of HR processes.
• Regularly assess floor leads and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
• Partner with the General Manager to communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience (2‑3 years in retail/hospitality management preferred).
• Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds; capable of standing for prolonged periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.

Pay

This position is a full‑time role at $24.00/hour + tips.

Schedule

• Up to forty (40) hours per week on‑site; overtime required depending on business needs.
• Mandatory District meetings: 1.5 hours every Monday or Tuesday.
• Mandatory Store meetings: up to 1.5 hours every Tuesday or Wednesday.
