Essential Duties
- Aid in the hiring, training, and development of hourly team members.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
- Be the primary point of contact for hourly team members, addressing their individual needs and concerns daily.
- Set clear expectations for hourly team members to ensure smooth shifts.
- Monitor and improve the performance of hourly team members to meet company standards.
- Address immediate store needs promptly.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable experiences.
- Implement and enforce all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
- Work at least 45 hours per week.
- Report information to the General Manager through various plans and actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour workweek, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to speak and read English, interpret documents, and communicate effectively.
- At least two years of restaurant management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regular lifting and moving of up to 20 pounds, frequent lifting and moving up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.
Requirements
Compensation details: 48,000-52,000 yearly salary.
