Pay

$48,000–$55,000 yearly salary plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Compensation is based on experience, and bonus details can be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members, addressing their needs and concerns daily.
• Set clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Oversee and ensure hourly team members meet company performance expectations through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a great workplace.
• Work at least 45 hours per week, with flexibility for up to 50 hours or more during peak seasons.
• Report to the General Manager through plans of action, AORs, and goal-setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English, including interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Managers regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
