Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including People, Operations, Profits, and Sales.
• Ensure quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
• Provide quality customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Hire, train, manage, and develop the crew to help them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Requirements

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
