Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance
- Support a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability
- Train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
- Lead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standards
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting tools
- Address guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism
- Foster local brand presence and store community engagement
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead others
- Comfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time or full-time position.
This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
