About the role
The Assistant Practice Manager supports daily operations within the practice by providing supervision, performing administrative tasks, and managing functions to create an efficient work environment. The Assistant Practice Manager acts as lead during the Practice Manager’s absence. Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Processes time ensuring success of the practice and management by providing overall support. Manages multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.
Responsibilities

- Clerical - 3 years (Required)
- Relevant Experience - 1 year (Required)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience in medical office administration

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually

First (Days): Monday - Friday
