Duties and Responsibilities
- Assumes Community Manager's supervisory responsibilities in absence.
- Aids in the training and development of the team, assists in scheduling employee work times.
- Reviews daily rent recommendations and identifies opportunities to increase income.
- Collects current and delinquent rent according to company and property policies.
- Enforces timely legal actions, including court appearances.
- Posts invoices, uses purchase orders, codes invoices with correct GL coding, and submits security deposit reconciliations on time.
- Verifies and completes move-in and move-out files accurately and promptly; ensures information is entered into the property software system.
- Completes or verifies the completion of weekly reports.
- Collaborates with the Community Manager to complete monthly financial reports and variance reports.
- Supports the Community Manager in resolving resident and prospective resident conflicts.
- Complies with company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related property management experience.
- Ability to pass fair housing exam.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Independence in handling tasks without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of operations software used at the property level, including Outlook, Internet software, Excel, and Word.
- Current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.

Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
