Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training hourly staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance and oil changes, educating guests on services, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will also assist in opening and closing the center, promoting team development, and upholding company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer service focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use KPI data for performance improvement, and demonstrate good judgment under pressure is essential. Schedule flexibility, English fluency, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions is also necessary.
