About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for controlling day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, performing performance appraisals, counseling, motivating, and training the entire team, including developing Assistant Managers, building sales to meet and exceed store plans through Local Store Marketing strategies and community involvement, and ensuring company standards on equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained through a preventative maintenance program.

Requirements
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
- Recommendation from current Area Manager
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Display effective leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literacy
