Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant General Park Manager at Get Air Trampoline Park in Prescott assists in leading a team that creates lasting memories for customers by providing a safe, healthy, and fun family experience. This position involves assisting in managing all park operations, training employees, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators to increase park profitability, cleaning and maintaining equipment and the building, handling customer service issues, controlling park expenses, and marketing the business to the community.

Requirements

• One or more years of supervisory or management experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends, including some major holidays
• Standing and walking for long periods
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
