Assistant Manager

About the Role

This position assists in the development and maintenance of customer and dealer relationships, account growth through proven loan judgment, and effective customer and dealer solicitation. You will also perform and oversee collection activities and assume a leadership role in the absence of the manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all branch actions comply with state and federal regulations and Company policies regarding lending, collections, repossession, cash management, and employment actions.
• Follow the Company’s SAWS methodology for evaluating loan applications and determine proper loan structure (advance, term, rate, and appraisal).
• Assist with appraisals, acquisition, and disposal of repossessions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work use.
• Previous finance and/or collections experience.
