Physical Demands
- Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
- Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area
Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of back office computer
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Aid the General Manager in achieving team, store, and company success through excellent leadership, guest service, and procedure execution
- Comply with all company policies and government regulations
- Manage and write employee schedules while maintaining profitability goals
- Read and understand P&L statements and work towards cost management
- Show ability to work and train all stations as outlined in the Training Manual, including but not limited to: Cashier/Order Station, Weigh Station, Grill Station, Bread Station, Wrap/Runner Station, Fresh-Cut Fry Station
- Show thorough knowledge of working stations to allow an employee to train all stations in the food production line. Perform all prepwork including, but not limited to, handling all types of meat and vegetables, including chopping onions
- Maintain store appearance through cleaning bathrooms, floors, tables, countertops and other assigned duties
- Operate the register competently. Follow Penn Stations Operations Manual and NV Ventures, LLC policies at all times
Qualifications
- Training for this position will occur at one of the locations within our market. Store assignment will be dependent upon availability.
