Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in a 3‑or‑more‑week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across 36‑inch counter tops
- Prepared to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
Schedule
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs. Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50‑mile radius of home.
