Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours and reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced environment with hot and noisy conditions

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25 per hour - $28 per hour, with individual pay determined by various factors including work location and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

ADA Statement

Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
