Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
