Assistant Manager

About the role
You are responsible for assisting the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We will provide a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $26.5 per hour - $29.5 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
