Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking individuals who embody the NYPD Pizza Principles and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can inspire and motivate team members while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the NYPD Pizza Steps of Service
• Lead by example and coach team members as needed
• Ensure guests have memorable experiences through hospitality and attentiveness
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience with ServSafe certification
• High energy and strong communication skills
• Record of high performance in previous roles
