Assistant Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle is washed to perfection.
• Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory and ensure that supplies are stocked and used correctly.
• Maintain the equipment and make sure it is running at peak efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Manage the finances of the car wash, ensuring we stay within budget and remain profitable.

Qualifications

• No specific educational requirements, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
