As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our customers and teams have a great time.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• Great communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Keen eye for detail and a desire to uphold high standards.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
