Assistant Manager
About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of restaurant operations including guest service, kitchen operations, and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Organize the restaurant to provide the best service in the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant goals.
- Support new employees and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Open availability and flexibility to work irregular hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
