About the role

- Ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage sales promotions effectively
- Train and supervise service staff
- Organize the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure
- Lead and manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability and flexibility to work irregular hours
- Must be 18 years or older
