Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure they are supported and motivated throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, English as Second Language, and Tuition Assistance are required qualifications.
Skills
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential.
