Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results.
  • Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
  • Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in procedures.
  • Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support Crew and motivate them throughout their time working at the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and enjoyment of working in the McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
