Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
- Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in procedures.
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support Crew and motivate them throughout their time working at the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and enjoyment of working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
