Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on car care, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will also help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, quick, and easy service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with performance metrics. High School Diploma or equivalent and English fluency are required. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, climbing stairs, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled conditions.
