Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and differentiate the service experience. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will develop efficient work schedules, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe, organized environment through store audits. You will also lead team development and open/close the center following safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service sectors, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced settings. Strong judgment, KPI data analysis skills, and schedule flexibility are essential. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments. Fluency in English is required.
