Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training hourly staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle care, and maintaining a high-performance team to differentiate the service experience. You will develop staff schedules, assist with inventory management, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, familiarity with performance metrics, and schedule flexibility are required. Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in various conditions is necessary.
