Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle needs, managing staff schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, quick, and easy service experience, fostering customer loyalty. Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, KPI data analysis skills, and schedule flexibility are essential. Must be fluent in English, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical requirements include standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled conditions.
