About the role

A talented full or part-time Hourly Assistant Manager is needed who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership techniques from scheduling to inventory, while providing consistent & exemplary customer service experiences.
• Remove obstacles by actively listening to ideas, concerns, & feedback to collaborate with management teams & customers to make changes & improvements.
• Dedication for team building, team development, & career influencing for a team who looks to you as the expert & the person who will help guide individuals to career greatness!

Requirements

• 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers.

• At least 18 years of age.
