Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership techniques in scheduling and inventory management
• Provide consistent and exemplary customer service experiences
• Remove obstacles by actively listening to ideas, concerns, and feedback
• Collaborate with management teams and customers to make changes and improvements
• Lead a dynamic team offering unique menu selections from scratch-baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches

Requirements

• 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Experience with meeting operational goals and thinking beyond routine tasks to enhance team and customer experiences
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
• At least 18 years of age
