About the role
The Personal Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They are responsible for managing a team of up to 5 employees.

- Manage a team of up to 5 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
Qualifications

Pay

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
