About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee team operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage team performance and development, including setting goals and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
