About the role
The Assistant Manager at Parachute will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, fostering a positive donor experience, and supporting the team's growth.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations by assisting on the donor floor and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
- Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
- Lead by example and coach team members in real-time.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
- Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, share updates, and keep everyone focused on the day’s priorities.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education with 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
- Flexible to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.

- Up to $70K in compensation, including a base salary of $50K - $55K and a 25% monthly bonus.
