Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
• Run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Train, coach, and develop successful team members
• Prepare delicious southern foods

Qualifications

• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred

• Knowledge of southern cuisine and food preparation
