Job Responsibilities
- Create personalized connections with customers to drive loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Assist associates in making connections and sales on the selling floor.
- Lead fit sessions to enhance product knowledge and inspire a passion for style.
- Coach associates to improve their interactions and meet goals.
- Ensure the team stays on track to achieve their objectives and exceeds customer expectations.
- Step in as needed to cover shifts and manage the selling floor.
- Plan and execute events that engage the community and boost sales.

- Be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in specialty retail.
