Job Summary

We seek an Assistant Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading a profitable business. Your responsibilities include fostering customer loyalty, enhancing product knowledge through fit sessions, and ensuring team members achieve their goals. You'll also be responsible for managing the selling floor, executing local events, and stepping in for other managers as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create personalized connections with customers to drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
  • Observe associate performance and assist as necessary to facilitate successful interactions and sales.
  • Lead fit sessions to deepen product knowledge and inspire a passion for style.
  • Coach associates to improve customer interactions and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Own the selling floor and manage team activities to ensure goal achievement and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute local events that engage the community and boost sales.
  • Act in alignment with our values and demonstrate a positive impact on the team and the brand.

  • Set and achieve goals with a proven track record.
  • Adapt to change quickly and rally the team behind new initiatives.
  • Make informed decisions by actively listening, analyzing data, and thinking beyond the surface.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have 2 or more years of experience in similar roles, preferably in specialty retail.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently, process information accurately, and be available during peak times.
  • Adept with technology, familiar with industry blogs and feeds, and capable of bending, reaching, stretching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving throughout the store.
