About the role

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of our mission by leading a team in thrift store operations.
• Oversee and facilitate the receiving and processing of donated items, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in compiling daily sales and making bank deposits.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be enrolled in High School or have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Have strong customer service skills and be able to WOW our customers!
