Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Manage a team of hobbyists, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
