About the role

Responsible for managing a team of hobbyists, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Manage a team of hobbyists, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
